DMCA & content removal
Updated April 5, 2026
1. Nature of the content
Vexafans is a platform where content is supplied by users. We aim to follow DMCA-aligned removal practices and the obligations that apply to us. Users represent that posted material is their own work, that they have the right to use it, or that it is public domain or otherwise legitimately available online. We do not allow content that our Terms of Use do not accept, including material that, under the standards we apply with reference to the United States, is not accepted on the platform.
2. Good-faith removal
If you believe any content infringes your rights or should not appear on the platform, contact us directly. We review good-faith requests and, when appropriate, remove content from Vexafans through our official channels.
3. Official channels
Send your request via:
- Email: use the Contact page until a public DMCA inbox is configured.
Whenever possible, include: identification of the content (link or clear description), reason for the request, and proof or a statement of legitimacy when applicable. For copyright claims under the U.S. DMCA, include the elements required by law (identification of the work, good faith, accuracy under penalty of perjury, signature, etc.).
4. Review and takedown
After we receive a request, we review it within a reasonable time and promptly remove content that clearly is not acceptable under our rules or the commitments we have (including with reference to the United States), violates third-party rights, involves lack of consent, or breaches our Terms of Use. If there is reasonable doubt about whether content is acceptable on the platform, we may remove it preventively until the matter is clarified.
We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that violates our Terms, is unacceptable to us, or poses legal, reputational, or operational risk to the platform.
5. Role of the platform
Vexafans acts as an intermediary hosting user-submitted content from users over 18. We do not pre-screen all posted material; responsibility for submitted content lies with the user who published it, under applicable law.
6. Records
For legal and security purposes, we may retain technical records (logs) related to uploads, reports, and removals, as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from user-posted content, except where, under applicable law (including the DMCA when relevant), we fail to take appropriate action after valid notice.
8. Agreement
By using the platform, you acknowledge this policy. For general terms, see our Terms of Use.
